AIM Institute of Management, an accredited college of the Association of Business executives-UK, is a reputable business institute which is located in the heart of Mandalay. AIM Institute of Management (formerly known as MHR Mandalay Campus) was founded by two young entrepreneurs, Mr. Naing Lin Oo and Ms.Myat Mon Zaw who was the top Paper Prize Winner of ABE-UK, with the strong objective of developing business talents and ethical business leaders through quality education to shape the sustainable future.

Since its founding in 2010, AIM Institute of Management has become one of the leading private institutions in Myanmar. The mission of AIM Institute of Management is to provide a comprehensive students-centered learning community, quality education with excellent services in order to help individuals to achieve their academic and career goals.

 

Currently, AIM Institute of Management in strategic partnership with ESGCI-Paris Graduate School of Management (PGSM) for International Executive Master Degree Program and Bachelor Degree Program to meet the rapidly growing needs of executive education and business education in Mandalay and upper Myanmar. AIM also delivers UK-ofqual regulated ABE’s qualification programmes as an approved learning centre of ABE.

           

In order to satisfy the needs in other parts of Myanmar AIM partnered with BIY-Yangon and to strengthen the academic team, AIM partnered with Pace- Malaysia since 2015. In addition, AIM integrates British Council’s Exam Administration Service to strengthen its assessment processes to ensure the quality of its program.

 

In 2020, AIM establish Integrated E-Learning platform as an extension unit under its umbrella to offer affordable but quality education programs to fulfill the local people’s needs of good business and management education at ease. AIM Institute of Management also promotes a wide range of activities and opportunities to help undergraduate and postgraduate students enhance their employability skills to enable them to become future ready individuals.

 

AIM also provides Public Training Courses, Consultancy Services, Supervisory Development Program, and Management Development Program for working professionals.
