
ABE Diploma in Human Resource Management
AIM Institute of Management offers ABE Level-4,5 and 6 diplomas in Human Resource Management, which help the learners gain a high level of Human Resource Management knowledge. The Level 4 Diploma in Human Resource Management includes eight modules with 15 credits for each subject. The recommended learning hours for this is 600 hours. They are-

5. Introduction to Entrepreneurship
6. Introduction to Quantitative Methods
7. Project Management
8. Principles of HR
Duration
The program will be taught for 1 year (12 months) with two consecutive semesters.
Assessment Types
The subjects are examined with assignment systems, timed open-book exams and traditional timed exams.

There are 6 modules in the Level-5 Diploma in Human Resource Management, with 20 credits for each module. They are-

4. International Business Economics & Markets
5. Human Resource Management
6. Employee Engagement/ The HR Professional
